- In the heart of the Chieti province, between the Maiella National Park and the Adriatic Sea.
- Soils
- Hilly vineyards, at an average altitude of 230 metres above sea level, with predominantly clay-limestone soils.
- Vinification and Ageing
- Gentle pressing after a short cold pre-fermentation maceration, followed by low-temperature fermentation in stainless steel tanks at 16–18°C. Aged on fine lees without bâtonnage for approximately 4–5 months before bottling.
- Organoleptic Characteristics
- Straw yellow in color with pleasant fruity aromas of exotic fruit, blended with delicate floral notes. Good structure, smooth, savory, and persistent.
- Food Pairings
- Ideal with fish-based dishes, delicate first courses, white meats, fresh cheeses, and stretched-curd cheeses. Excellent as an aperitif.
