- Soils
- Hilly vineyards, at an average altitude of 230 metres above sea level, with predominantly clay-limestone soils.
- Vinification and Ageing
- Long maceration on the skins at controlled temperature. Aged for 12 months in large Slavonian oak casks, followed by a brief period in bottle.
- Organoleptic Characteristics
- Deep ruby red with intense violet hues. Broad and intense aromas of ripe red fruit, with subtle spicy notes and nuances of raspberry, blueberry, and liquorice. Excellent structure, full-bodied, smooth, balanced, and long-lasting.

- Cured meats, appetizers and assorted cheeses, legume soups, first courses with red sauces, and roasts.
