- Soils
- Hilly vineyards, at an average altitude of 230 metres above sea level, with predominantly clay-limestone soils.
- Vinification and Ageing
- Gentle pressing after a brief pre-fermentation cold maceration, followed by low-temperature fermentation in stainless steel tanks at 16–18°C. Aged on the fine lees without bâtonnage for about 4–5 months before bottling.
- Organoleptic Characteristics
- Deep pink in color with light violet hues that evolve into salmon tones during bottle ageing. Broad and elegant aromas with notes of cherry, raspberry, and wild strawberry, combined with delicate floral notes and hints of aromatic herbs. On the palate, it is structured yet well balanced by its fresh acidity. Long-lasting, with a pleasant and gastronomic phenolic grip.
